Your initial session may last up to an hour. If you decide to continue, an agreed day and time of meeting will be arranged at a mutually convenient time, and this will be the same time each week. Each session will last for 50 minutes.
Arrangements for cancelled sessions for holidays will, whenever possible, be made with plenty of prior notice on both sides.
It is important to remember that if there is uncertainty during the initial session there is no obligation to continue. If, however, it is agreed to go ahead and begin the process it is also important to respect the commitment, remembering the time is booked in for you and you alone, whilst the arrangement stands.
